Cancellations 

Bigler Pickups will assess a 5% administrative fee on eligible cancellations. If an order has entered production, an additional fee of up to 15% may apply.

 

Returns

Bigler Pickups accepts returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to prior authorization. Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from the refund, excluding original shipping charges. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Additional deductions may apply if the returned product is damaged, scratched, or otherwise requires refurbishing, including replacement of hookup wires, as determined upon inspection. To be eligible for return, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and proof of purchase.

 

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Custom wound pickups.

• Pickups that have been modified or installed.

 

Exchanges

Bigler Pickups offers (1) one-time exchange for eligible orders placed directly with Bigler Pickups. Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of receipt and must be based on tonal preference, not inadequate research.

 

Exchanged pickups must be new and unaltered. Modified pickups are not eligible for exchange. The customer is responsible for return shipping of the original item and shipping costs for the replacement item. Prior authorization is required before returning any item.

Shipping

Shipping charges do not include duties, customs, or taxes. Tracking information is provided when the order ships, and the customer is responsible for tracking and delivery.

 

Bigler Pickups is not liable for packages reported stolen after delivery. In the event of theft, the customer should contact local authorities and file a police report.

 

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, Bigler Pickups should be contacted promptly so the claims process can begin.

 

It is the customers responsibility to ensure their shipping address is correct. If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, additional fees may apply to correct or reroute the package.

 

Services

All Rewind and Repair services are subject to a $40 non-refundable Diagnostic/Processing fee, which will be applied toward the total service cost.

 

Warranty

Bigler Pickups products are covered by a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects, including failure to function, decreased output, and increased or frequent microphonics. This warranty does not cover damage caused by customer handling, installation, abuse or weather related damage and is entirely at the discretion of Bigler Pickups.

 

Post-Purchase Assistance

We are happy to provide assistance for products purchased directly from Bigler Pickups, including general inquiries and installation guidance.

 

Support does not extend to unrelated products or guitar setup questions, wiring diagnosis, or modifications to your guitar wiring. For those matters, consultation with a local guitar technician or luthier is highly recommended.
